1. What would be the ideal answer to the question "Whatever happened to Luke Edwards?"..?
1. the ideal answer would be: he's making movies and earning big bucks. the actual answer is he's still plugging away in the industry, trying to get roles and mostly being passed up.

2. How did you get involved with The Wizard? Was it an exciting experience or just another job?
i just read for it and was hired. it was a really great experience for me though. we had so much fun during the filming, at least for me. i made a lot of friends. got to hang out with ben savage who was a really nice kid at that point, unlike his brother. and play video games for work...

3. Certain other cast members, who shall not be named, are fed up with discussing the movie. Do you feel the same way or is it something you look back on as being just as much a part of your childhood as it is for the fans.. (as in, an enjoyable memory)..?
i really wish you would name names. i'd like to know who you've spoken with... i look back at that experience with great fondness. it really was fun for me. i'm sure there was drama, but i was too young to notice. the only downside was fred's attitude. but me and jenny looked out for one another and he never really got to us.

4. When was the last time you watched it? Do you own a copy?
haven't watched it for years. i know it too well, you know. i don't own a copy but my mom and dad have copies of everything.

5. Were you into the whole video game scene as a kid?
i liked video games before and it really only made things worse. i love video games but i can't really afford to be an avid fan. an interesting note: the producers of that film promised me a copy of super mario 3 which i never received! i am still pissed... i had to go to my neighbor's house to play it... weak...

6. What was the vibe off-screen like? How did you and the rest of the cast get along?
i alluded to it before. me and jenny lewis got along famously along with pretty much everyone else in the cast. however, fred savage and his mother were not very friendly, had a pretty rotten attitude towards people on set and were just generally unpleasant to be around. so me and jenny formed a pact to get each other's backs and fred really couldn't fuck with that. his brother ben was a really nice guy at the time though. we hung out a lot and got along famously...

7. Was Jackey Vinson (Lucas Barton) as awesome as his character?
jackey vinson. from what i remember, he was a really nice guy. i didn't have a whole lot of interaction with him but i remember him always being really nice, really jovial and a fun guy, nothing like his character...

8. Did you get to keep the lunchbox?
they didn't let me keep the lunchbox :(

9. Do you miss the 80s as much as the rest of us?
every day lady...

i loooovvvee the sleepaway camp series. every one of them. they kind of get better as they get worse and worse. the one where they bring in underpriviledged kids and mix em with rich kids, god, that one is amazing. someone ought to remake that flick...
